Back by popular demand, this roundtable discussion takes you on a journey into what it means to be a women in today’s world. Andy and Cara present a forum for understanding the many roles women play and how to manage life transitions, motherhood, the workplace, and relationships.

This class is the continuation of part 1 where Cara and Andy continue to examine the role of women in our society.
Tools for understanding theses roles and learning to manage them are presented in an interactive discussion.

Tuesday, February 28th, March 6th, 6:00-7:30 PM
Learn how to use the fundamentals of meditation to reduce stress in daily lives. This course will put you on a path to practicing daily meditation by learning the fundamentals of quieting the mind.

Tools for Manifestation with Intuitive Life Coach, Angela Cook (3 weeks)
Beginning Tuesdays, March 13, 20th, 27th 6:00-7:30 PM
Angela takes you on a 3 week journey into discovering what it means to “manifest” what you want in your life. Each week will present tools for understanding this process. Learn how to use the laws of manifestation and attraction to create the life you truly desire most.

How to Read the Akashic Records Class with Kate Snyder, M.A

The Akashic Records, or “Book of Life”, contain the vibrational records of each individual soul and their journey.
They are a profound spiritual resource for our conscious spiritual evolution. Kate will facilitate a course on understanding the Akashic Records. Edgar Cayce accessed them for his readings, Sylvia Browne has written about them and many healers & intuitives access them directly in their work. In this class we’ll discuss the various ways to access the Records, discuss the kind of information found there and how to use it as a personal and professional resource. We’ll also experience the Records firsthand by using two different techniques to access them during this class.
